During their 30-day Make Under, the two women in the Restylane^® program ate Healthy Living meals delivered directly to them by Licious Living. These meals were not based on calorie-reduced or weight loss plans. Instead, they followed Canada’s Food Guide, offering balanced and nutritional breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. The women were given 3 or 4 entrée options for each meal, and their choice of two snacks.

• Grilled Chicken Couscous Salad
• Grilled Shrimp Couscous Salad
• Turkey Pesto Salad
• Tofu Pesto Salad

Dinner (choice of):

• Ginger Chicken & Vegetable Saute
• Ginger Pork Tenderloin & Vegetable Saute
• Tofu Bocconcini Stuffed Red Pepper
• Red Pepper Stuffed with Tuna Salad

Snack (choice of):

• Blueberry Crisp with Cottage Cheese
• Waldorf Salad

The women in the Restylane^® Make Under Program were all given a month-long pass to a yoga studio near their home. They each did a minimum of three 60-minute yoga and pilates classes a week for the fitness, relaxation and de-stressing benefits.

Two weeks into the Make Under regime, the women each had a basic pore cleansing facial by Dr. Bertucci at the Bertucci Med Spa in Woodbridge, Ontario.
